To ensure a smooth process, kindly double-check your brief and references before handing over. Major changes after sketch approval may require additional charges.

Additional characters: +100% of the base price (up to 4 characters per artwork).

Simple backgrounds require no charge. I am currently not accepting commissions with complicated backgrounds.

Complex details may incur an extra charge of 10% to 50% of the total price, depending on the complexity.

I reserve the right to decline commissions that make me feel uncomfortable or are beyond my capabilities after reviewing the brief.

I may publicise commissioned works (with watermark) as part of my portfolio. If clients prefer to keep it private, an additional fee of +50% of the total commission price will apply.

I do not accept commissions with gatekeeping conditions.

Please provide a detailed brief including a description, references and a deadline. I currently do not accept commissions with a turnaround time of less than 1 month.

After receiving the brief, the initial sketch will be delivered within approximately 2 weeks.

A 50% deposit is required once clients approve the sketch. I would not continue working until the payment has been made

Up to 3 free sketch edits are provided for issues related to your original brief. Mistakes on my side will be corrected at no extra cost. From the 4th edit onward, a 5–10% (depending on complexity) fee applies per edit.

Clients may cancel the commission after receiving the sketch, but only 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

If cancellation occurs, clients are still permitted to use the sketch for personal, non-commercial purposes.

If I am unable to complete the commission within the agreed timeframe, I will refund 30% of the total price.
